automatically. Zoho applications like word processing, spreadsheets,
and presentations are collaborative, meaning several people can all
work on the same document at the same time. Teams can share

Free or nominal costs for applications
Each member of your board or team becomes a zoho user and gets a full set of online applications at no charge. Some advanced applications, such as meetings, have a fee (EG: $12 per month). Depending on your unique board or team experience, consultation and training can be offered. Group training for up to a ten-member board is available and recommended to introduce the communications benefits. Or, just your board staff, secretary or CEO may wish to take several training sessions, and then train the others.

Kaua'i Worldwide Communications has the experience and expertise with Zoho to service a board of directors or team of workers and:
a. provide an overview demonstration of efficient on-line applications
b. set up each team member (such as a board of directors) with their own ZOHO account
c. guide or train clients in application use
What you get with the Basic Team Building option:
a. your own account - each user gets a Zoho account with a set of applications including but not limited to: calendar, word processor, spreadsheet, email, contacts data base (all shared with each other)
b. your own skills - each user will be able to access the internet and take advantage of at least four of the ten primary applications
Basic Team Building: Recommended - at one full-board or team training session to initiate Zoho ($150) and one reinforcement visit to confirm skill building ($150) = $300 total
- KWC staff comes to your location, sets up zoho for each participant and demonstrates how efficiently documents can be shared and communication can be enhanced. Fee: $75 per hour @ 2 hour minimum per session; two sessions needed. Requirement: access to internet. KWC provides microcomputer or you provide your own. For most, your team will be off and running. For board members who are not comfortable with Internet browsing or not familiar with applications such as email on microcomputers, some specialized consultation is recommended.
Specialized Consultation: recommended to learn advanced or remedial microcomputer application skills
- Board members who regularly use email and microcomputers will be ready to go after the Basic Team Building sessions, but others may wish to learn advanced options or need remedial assistance.
